I am so thankful that my lease is almost up. We were roped into living here after signing an application. On the back of the application, on the bottom in fine print, it says if you are approved to live here and do not choose to live here, you owe the equivalent of 2 months rent and fees. I didn't think that was legal but apparently it is. READ EVERY LETTER OF THE APPLICATION! The lease states that you have to repaint and clean the carpet or pay for them to even thought NC rental law says that renters don't have to do that. They've nickel and dimed us to the max too. There's 2 nice maintenance men here but its a miracle if you can get a work order to them. I've had luck only stopping them in the parking lot. The management is arrogant and rude too. I've been renting apartments in this general area for years and I've never had an experience like I've had here. They make all their money by snowing over people who move here to work in RTP. There's also an awful number of ladybugs in the summer. Everyone had problems with them. I'm dreading the final walk through because of the problems that neighbors have had when moving out. I'll try to remember to come back here and tell everyone how it goes. If you're looking for a place close to RTP, look over off Cary Parkway, Harrison Ave., Highway 54, and Morrisville Parkway. The drive is the same in normal traffic and rush hour. There's not enough parking either. I hear my neighbors all the time with tv, music, appliances, and cabinets and I know they're all not "loud" people. Its just normal noise in a poorly insulated building.

Please report them to complaint.bbb.org and ncdoj.com. I did myself and they are being investigated.

if you go to www.bbb.com, it states that complaints filed by residents of Arbor view have been resolved to the satisfaction of the BBB.
