I lived at Brook Arbor for about 18 months. I was generally very happy there. They have an incredible gym - as good as Gold's Gym. They have a nice playground, which my daughter enjoyed. Everyone seemed very nice and quiet (with only one small exception). This is a good family community, and the grounds are attractive. When I left, the management was reasonable about the amount of deposit refund.

I had a 2 bedroom w/ garage. The apartment was small but nice, with built in glass bookshelves. The garage was wonderful - very deep with lots of storage space.

One warning: You are supposed to steam clean the carpets AND fill in all the holes AND repaint the walls if damaged or painted a different color(The rental office will give you paint to paint over filled holes though).

The only problem I had here was that both my dishwasher and washing machine were leaking for a long time, and it took several visits to get this fixed (mainly because they couldn't figure out where it was coming from). Also, there was a roof leak but it was quickly repaired.

Overall, I would highly recommend this property, especially for someone with children or someone who enjoys using the gym.
