We lived at Brook Arbor for 2 years while saving to purchase. The 3 bedroom is very spacious and loved the garage and all the storage. The playground was really nice for my children and the pool is open 5-6 months out of the year. We met some great family's and friends here. The elementary school is the best in Wake County. We never had any problems in our home that maintenance did not address immediately and reconsile. The office personell was always very nice and new us by name which was very welcoming. You don't feel like a number here. If you like to work out there isn't a nicer gym in any community. We recommend highly and were very happy!!!
