Brook Arbor's management and overall funtion as a place to live is very unprofessional and often very unpleasant. So many horrible things happened in my short residency that I do not even believe I can list them in a way that you might understand what it was like to have to stay here. I am so happy to be leaving and moving into a different apartment a few miles away. I am a very easy going individual and a mother. I have never had any problems like those around Brook Arbor. Save yourself the drama and the chaos and move somewhere you can actually relax.

I completely agree our stay has been the worse as well. We have had many issues with our apartment and when we deal with management they are extremely unprofessional. The last thing I heard there have been Car & Apartment Break-ins. If you are on 55 keep driving!!
