We have had so many issues with this place its crazy!!! The apartments themselves come across looking very nice. When we first moved in the first month was fine but ever since then it s been down hill. The apartment complex is infested with cockroaches and unfortunately the management team states there is nothing they can do. There has also been a rash of car and apartment break-ins, including our own car!! There is no reason to live here unless you want to PAY TO MUCH and lose your valuables... The management team is very unprofessional and unfortunately doesn't have the time or patience to deal with their tenets

Definitely do not bother!!

Wow that is crazy! I heard these residents saw only 2 cockroaches and they were American cockroaches that come from the outside and are not the infesting type. They come in your home when you have a door or window open because they are attracted to light. I know that pest control visits every week and I heard that pest control was there today and there was only 1 complaint, out of 300 apartments, 1 is pretty good. Saying the WHOLE complex is infested is a pretty bold statement, especially with no facts. In regards to car break-ins, I heard that all the cars that were broken into had visible valuables in there cars. For example, DVD players, wallets, expensive car stereos, radar detectors etc. Also, I heard the cops said there has been a ring in the area hitting local apartment communities. Therefore, it wasn't an isolated incident. In regards to the break-in there was 1, not a RASH. I heard there was no sign of forced entry, therefore, not even really a break-in.
