Save your overpriced apartment.
Yes, comes off great....poolside grill (with more restrictions than a 2 year old) and the gym.
Save the money, live elsewhere, and pay to join a gym if that is what drives you here.
In the past year, there have been 2 RAPES, atleat 6 apartment break ins and numerous car break ins.
Yes, all here in Cary at Brook Arbor.
The management team is terrible.
The previous manager was caught stealing and new guy they hired is awful to deal with.
I am so glad to be out of there!!! I sucked up the price of moving down the road and am so much happier now!

You should be careful when you leave them, make sure you get a signed release, they do contact collection companies to get you to pay them for carpet pet cleaning (while you do not have any pets) or repair of carpets (while you did not damage any carpets) or to pay for repainting and anything else they can think of to get any money they can get from you. Forget about your security deposit. Escaped with my skin bruised 2003.
