Not a bad apartment overall, but forget about seeing your deposit again when you move out! I left the apartment and the carpet much cleaner than I found it, and even painted most of the interior. (They let you paint the walls another color as long as you restore it before you leave.) They were deducting ridiculous amounts for ridiculous things.... they charged an entire 'housekeeping' fee because my Scrubbing Bubbles left a slight haze! They also made me replace the entire carpet....not because the carpet was dirty, but because the carpet pad was dirty (from where I spilled a cup of coffee). Who sees the carpet pad' It seemed like an absolute rip off. Also, a downstairs neighbor who I never knew more than a passing hello, said that they refused to let her out of her lease after her apartment was broken into and she was robbed. She was livid. She had a small daughter, and said she didn't care how much she had to pay, she just wanted out.
