What a rip off. I lived there a year, and when I went to renew my lease (in the amount of time I was supposed to) and after 3 1/2 weeks of waiting to hear from them, they proceeded to tell me it was going to cost me over $1,000 to renew. I have NEVER heard of such a thing. I'm fighting it now because I left there, but not without a bunch of crap and hassle. The manager is NOT accomodating at all, she could careless about what this does to people. They charge way too much in rent and god forbid you have to renew a lease or try to leave. I wanted to stay but after all this, I regret ever moving there to begin with. Nothing good has come of this. Save yourself the horror and DO NOT MOVE HERE EVER. THEY SUCK. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE COMPLEX ITSELF, YOU WILL LOSE TONS OF MONEY.
