You know, the people leaving these stupid reviews are just down right ridiculous! I've been a resident for years and have yet had a single problem. Just goes to show how many unhappy rotten people like to cause drama, instead of spending time with the family or even watching tv for god sake! Their online complaining. Well, if you have the balls to bash why dont you state your name. Brook Arbor is my home, and dont plan on leaving!!!

Wait until you try and leave. If you notice, everyone who is complaining is doing so after they have left. I am curious to see if you will still feel the same way when you go to leave and are slammed with rediculous fees and rude management who are only concerned about themselves. Write another review if you ever plan on leaving apartment living.

I agree. We've been living here for a few months and so far no complaints. Remember, most people who leave their opinions on the internet are looking to complain. It's unusual that someone consciously leaves positive feedback. It is human nature to focus on the negative.
