We did not have issues while residing here.
The property is nice, the gym is awesome, parking adequate, and maintenance kept up well.
Walls can be a bit thin, but it's a rental community, not a condo.
We have lived in many rental communities across the U.S.
and have always received full deposits back.
We are the type to clean it better than we got it, including having carpets cleaned.
They gave me some line about using some type of system to have carpets cleaned that guaranteed bacteria removal, otherwise they charge back like $130 to clean carpets.

Anyway, they lost the referral I was going to give them from that.
The rest of the refund' It's been 60 days and four phone calls, I have yet to see it.
Keep getting line after line about it.
Will update if I EVER see this but I'm not counting on it.

I lived in the same 2 bedroom apartment for 3 years then moved to a 1 bedroom. I was expecting at least part of the rent back after 30 days. I found out that I was not getting the deposit back and being charged over $600. I was absolutely shocked. Paying for full carpet, full paint and full cleaning (which I thought apartments did anyway after someone moves out). It is completely ridiculous.
