If you are considering this apartment complex, I urge you to STAY AWAY. After only about a month we discovered our roof had been leaking and our carpet was completely soaked around our entertainment stand. Maintenance never completely fixed the problem and later we found other spots where the roof had leaked. It was wet for almost a year and there has to have been mold in there. They never sent anyone to fix the carpet. It got to the point where it warped our entertainment stand and did some damage to our Bose speakers. Luckily there wasn't an electrical fire. Then several months later I was working on my computer when termites swarmed the entire room. When they brought a termite professional I heard them whispering outside about how bad the problem was. About a week later they were replacing wood all over the entire complex "band-aiding" the problem. Unannounced maintenance crew left an eyesore on our walls with a huge mess. I'm not sure why I even tried to clean the carpets or use my Dyson that was probably worth more than any and all appliances in that apartment because in the end they still held our deposit for carpet cleaning. I specifically told them that they would want to replace the carpets because of a mold problem. So I'm assuming they are just going to rent it out as is. I feel sorry for anyone who gets that apartment. My husband suffered from a bad cough just about the entire time we were there. Whether or not it was mold, we don't know. But now that we are gone, so is the cough.
