cant beat the price and location

I recently moved here and you definitely can not beat the price or location in Cary. I'm only paying around 500/month including water. A new company just bought the property and explained to me that they would be putting over a million dollars into the place this winter. I think the old company just let this place go and now someone with ambitions for the apartments is putting an effort into the great location. I've already seen a lot of positive changes!
