I rented an apartment here for less than (24) hours! I signed my lease on a Friday afternoon. She gave me the keys and I went to look at my unit... OMG! 1st there were red stains on the carpet, 2nd the paint on the kitchen cabinets were peeling and had been spray painted instead of using a roller. Third, most of the bulbs in the apartment were out or missing. Fourth, there was a hole in the wall in the 2nd bedroom. And the last two things that just made me run from this place... The bathroom was disgusting (peeling enamel; rust in the tub; peeling mirror) and the ROACHES!! At first there just a handful. Then the maintenance tech, who was super nice, offered to set off foggers for me. He did and I came back that night at 11pm and the roaches had gone crazy!!! I mean they were on the ceiling, the windowsill, the carpet, the walls, in the oven, in cabinets. I just had to get out of there. The people that were delivering my furniture were freaking out. Couldn't believe it.
