This place is the WORST apartment complex I have ever seen.

My roommate and I moved in last May, and we have had SO many issues.
Mold and mildew building up in our bathroom from a leak upstairs that took them A WEEK to fix. And then they just painted over the mold (it's starting to seep through that layer of paint, too.)
The wall between our kitchen and living room started flooding (literally!) as well, water seeping out behind our couch, and in our kitchen. They half-way spackled the wall, and that was it.
There is a horrible bug infestation (roaches, especially), which they have sprayed for SEVERAL times, and they're still EVERYWHERE.
The landscaping is a disaster, the dumpster always smells like something died in there, and the residents are AWFUL...all trashy --------. (I call it 'Little Mexico'.)
Also, the office staff is extremely rude (called my roommate and left her several very harsh messages after we complained about a maintenance issue not being handled properly.)
The noise is TERRIBLE. People blast their music/television, and stomp around especially late at night when I have to get up early the next day to go to work.

And the icing on the cake:
This week, we had someone vandalize our cars with a 7-foot wooden BEAM ($800 worth of repairs) and try to break into our apartment on the same day.
They shattered a window in my roommates' room, and tried to pry open the screen on the other one.
Needless to say, we are breaking our lease early, and getting the HELL out of there.

Unless you are Mexican, or just reallyreally poor, this is NOT the place for you.
They charged us $732 a month for our rent, which was a complete rip-off. This place isn't worth $10 a month.

I posted the RUN! Do not move here! comment and I agree with everything you have written here. I didn't even get to live here. The day I signed my lease, I left this place crying!!! I could not believe that Cary would even allow an apartment complex like this to exist. They trick you and show you the model 1st. During the daytime all the rowdy residents must hide because when I came back at nite, the music was blasting, people hanging out... It was like a freaking FIESTA in the middle of the week.
