okay where to start. my apartment looked like ---- when i moved in. I have cockroaches everywhere even though Termin x comes every week. My furnace has broke down 4 or 5 times. I told the manager thursday my A/C wasnt working and she said someone would be here friday. Friday i have a gas leak in my apartment have that fix by the gasman. went to ask manager when my a/c would be fixed and now she says they will be out on tuesday. i cant use the oven because the temperature shoots up to 85. there a "bloods" and "crips" out here. ppl shooting guns about once a month. Crack head and crack dealers. WTF. I hate this place. DO NOT COME HERE. anyone know how i can break the lease'

Call the management company and complain. I don't want to post the phone number on here because I'm not sure, it might violate the terms of this site. But call the Cary Pines phone number after hours and listen to the outgoing message. It mentions the management company's name and from there you can google it to get the website and phone number. What happened in my case, is the manager got pissed that I called and offered to let me out of my lease if I promised not to contact anyone about it (i.e. lawyer or housing authority) but while I'm tempted, I'm not sure I want to take that offer. I'd like to see them get in trouble for the standards they haven't set here.
