How many times does management have to come in to spray for roaches''' It seems that if these "pesky critters" come back the day after the exterminator leaves, something might not be done right. For example: connecting/adjacent units, emptying all cabinets, opening all drawers... Come on, no one should have to live with roaches crawling in their babys crib.
