Just like all the rest on here. They treat you like absolute best buddies before you sign the lease, completely professional. After you have the keys in your hand and your signature on the lease, you might as well be nonexistant. Repairs are infrequently repaired and generally fixed with quick fix solutions (ie duct tape on plumbing, rubber bands to hold closet doors closed, etc). They also raise the rent by 15-25% when you renew, even though others moving in are paying considerably less. The trash around the community compacter is frequently overflowing. I refused to place my children in the pool. It is very unclean with diapers and feminine napkins usually floating near the shallow end. There is usually broken glass on the bottom of the pool and near the lounge chairs. The staff makes no effort to correct any problems and most will admit to not living in the complex. Parking is a nightmare and many park in the handicapped space despite others needing them for disabilities. The staff does nothing with complaints regaring handicap access.
