Apt was great when I moved in but there was this horrible odor that took the complex 16 months to determine what it was and I still don't think they know where it's coming from. Whenever I turned on the heat or AC there was this foul smell coming from the ventilation system that turned out to be SEWER GASES. I complained from the time I moved in until I moved out. The staff was exceptionally nice to me during my time there but they didn't take me seriously when I complained about the smell. They finally started to take action when I DEMANDED that something be done. Most of my time there I tried to leave the AC and heat off for as long as I could. How can you live in 90 degree heat with no AC' It wasn't easy.
The garbage compactor is always full. I feel bad for the people living close to it.
The children living in this complex are nasty and desructive. They would climb out on the balcony and go up to the roof where they would sit and hang out, once I saw them skateboarding on the roof, some have taken the office's golf carts and drove them around the complex after the staff had left for the day, others would throw bottles up against the garages and leave the glass scattered by the cars. Forget about using the tennis courts..it belong to the kids for skateboarding, bike riding, rollerblading.
Walls are thin..you could hear your neighbors watching tv.
My first apt and it was a horrible experience.
