The problems with Fairfield taking over Archstone are namely:
1) Children that once ran free without any parameters are suddenly being chastised and both the parents of said children and the children themselves are annoyed.
Welcome to the real world kids! We have rules to follow here that allow us to remain safe and live without chaos.
2) The staff has changed more often than we pay rent and so has the maintenance crew. This gives people an uncomfortable feeling since we have to deal with these people on an almost regular basis. Whether we need a repair or just want to pay our rent, we have to interact with total strangers all the time.
3) The grounds are absolutely disgusting. There are empty beer bottles all around the lake area. There's dog poop everywhere and you have to avoid stepping in it all the time. The playground is repeatedly destroyed by unruly children (the same ones who get annoyed about being supervised and write fictional tales in this forum as if it were a book writing contest.)
4) The residents are the ones who have made this place ghetto, and Fairfield has allowed it to happen. Most people move here to be near Davis Drive which is among the best elementary schools in Wake County. However, those same people seem to be indifferent towards their children's safety and the appearance of their community. They should check their priorities...
5) There are residents who fly through here like the on ramp to I-40 and need to realize that kids do run around a lot. It's just not safe anymore...
6) The "gym" is a joke and if you're serious about working out, this is not for you.
7) The "office" for residents really leaves a lot to be desired too. The printers never work, you have to sign in all the time, it's just a real pain.

If there were no kids in this world your preciouse world and it's rules would be over. And I'm suprised your not complaining about the kids sk8ing on the sidewalks like the old people in South Park. Clearly you work for the neighborhood.
