my thoughts -- management sucks. there use to be nice employees working for Archstone, but for some reason... they sold out and new employees are horrible. its a bunch of girls who ignore your requests, charge residents for ridiculous crimes, (such as leaving 1 garbage bag on the porch when in the meantime, the garbage compactor if overflowing w/ trash!) and of course... let the playground for the kids break until a child gets hurt and is bleeding. (oh..maybe we should fix that broken swing now Tara!). Your toilet could be leaking or the roof caving in and the girls would wait a week or two before sending a worker to your place. and now, one of the workers just quit...due to the managers nasty attitude. I guess we'll wait 3 weeks before our overflowing toilet will be fixed. (then, management will blame us for the ---- stains on the floor).

I 110% agree! The queen...TARA...is an evil woman. When I reported to her that my toilet was overflowing...her excuse? "Dont worry miss...thats what your other toilet is for. I will get my repair guy out there in a week or so. You see...we are short staffed." Hmmm.. ms. Tara. I wonder why? Could it be all your employees secretly HATE YOU!!!
