Now this place used to be a bright, sunny place in the summertime, people were playing in the pool, the sun was shining, the birds were singing, and the place was happy. The residents were happy and frolicking in the sun. The niehgbors were freindsly and considerate. The rent was decent considering the location and proximity to schools, shopping, and fine dining.

Now when evil dark fairfield was plotting a plan so devious to make this place thier newest property, a paice of thier ever so expanding suspiciously portfollio. They bought this place for $27,525,000, and exexcuted thier evil will on the unsuspecting residents. The poor residents of conrnerstone never aticipated this.

then the notes show up on the doors, and people were confused..... is this company good or bad''' are they''' what will become'''''

GET ON WITH IT ALLREADY!!!! ..... OK!!!

the place instantly turned into a dark desolate place of negativity, when the complaints started rolling in on forums, people were telling me this company was no good, when you cna see the reviews on thier "the exchange" branded properties that college students live in! they are zoos and thier otehr properties are no better. nasty management, lost rent checks, etc. alot of building and strucural problems even evaluated by structural engineers to prove that they unstable and that these strctures arent feasable for living in such harsh conditions. Dirty jobs would love these units!

My experince with this palce can be summed up in a few short words......

why did you sell out to these little girls with money' does the pocketbook have more signifigance then your customers' do you ever listen to customers' I am afriad you have not.

you jsut wanted more money to buy properties in hip california just to make more money from the rich people in beverly hills.

well these tactics will fail. propety managemtn companies who do this fall. california will not be hot for long' thier market will downturn and what will you do''

when I moved here archstone was cool, the place was a laid back family freidnly place that had nice staff and the pool was fun. Our problems were solved quick and painlessly. the rent was decent but the layout wasnt good but we managed.

I moved to another unit and we had a whole nother story! toilets backed up (there ya have the title reason! ;) ) and my handy dandy structural analysys of the place was- no soundproofing! you could hear everything your neighbors said and did. The neighbors started to get more downbeat and the places vibe shifted to dark-dark-dark solitude. The faces who used to smile, mourned and sulked, they tuend into zombies paying too much for thier rent. the rent rates climbed 100 and they now require renters insurance!

to make a long story short..... (finally!!!!)

lots of problems with fixtures, lots of noise, lots of bad vibes, lots of trouble with mainentance (had 6 problems that took forever to fix) EXCLUDING the toilets! and trouble with a company who loves money and greed more then theier customers.

thats why i suggest you buy a house asap!

If you don't like it there why don't you move.I don't even live there and can tell by your complaints that you are one of those residents that expects nothing ever to break in your unit.I also bet you have alot of problems with other companies services.You are one of those people that is never satisfied with anything.I scan through these reviews alot and found one comman fact with all you blow hards out there that do nothing but complain,and that is to ----- and whine with giving a user name.WHAT COWARDS!And judging by the way you have structured your complaints by having a two way conversation with your self shows that you should rent a room that has padded walls.
