Dont Hate all Dog Owners

I have lived at Cornerstone for awhile now and I have a 50 lb dog. Each and everytime I walk her, I have a bag hanging out of my pocket. Ever single stinky HUGE load she drops, I clean up (and for anyone who has had a large dog before, you know how BIG their poop can be!). But I clean it up because thats my job - she's my dog and thats what decent dog owners do. However, I am a witness to several (and I mean at least 4 other people) who walk their dogs and allow them to drop loads and just walk on. They dont even try to hide it - and when I walk my dog, I usually look like I'm dancing, when really I am just trying to avoid stepping on land mines. So --- really, I make it a point to walk with the baggie in my pocket sticking out because I do not want to be mistaking for the TRASHy people who allow their dogs to ---- and leave it. I say if you see someone allow their doggie to crap and they leave it there, SAY SOMETHING! Or....pick it up and follow em home, and dump it on their welcome mat. The point it .... everyone ------- and complains about the dog crap but does anyone have enough balls to tell someone "Hey! I just saw Fido drop a load....clean it up!" Nope. So until then: shut up!

As another dog owner, I totally agree with the above comment, and think you are absolutely correct! Thank you for your thought. I think Cornerstone should start giving people fines when they witness a disrespectful dog owner. I mean, management fines us for eveything else..
