Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
The place is beautiful. The apartments are nice when you first move in but if any maintenance is needed plan to wait 3 to 4 days on most occasions. As far as the staff, I can go on for hours but this is a review...they are not there to help you! Once they smile in your face to get you in a lease you are on your own. If you still decide to stay there document EVERYTHING and notify your lawyer that you are moving in and any incidences that may occur thereafter you will need him. When you move out get as many receipts as possible. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU ARE WAITING FOR A HOME (PURCHACE OR BEING BUILT) they will screw you when attempting to leave.
