I had trouble with a leaking roof and they were slow to take care of that, and it is still not completely taken care of, but I kind of just gave up.
I had some neighbors move in a couple of months ago that have really brought the feel of the whole building down. They leave trash outside, the teenagers are always up to no good, they leave dog poop all over. Another neighbor who lives below me moved in around midnight, I let the staff know that I was not happy that they let him do that, but I got no response. He leaves his cigarette buts everywhere and his dog barks the whole time he is gone. I guess I really appreciate the previous tenant now that she is gone.
The walls are very thin, I can hear my neighbor having sex when she gets home from the bar at 2 am a few times per month or I can hear her talking on the phone real loud.
The pool is nice.
Dog crap all over is not nice.
Moving out early and paying a fee rather than stay here.
