The staff is worst (though there is new management as of beginning of 2008) as they have near to zero customer service skills. They are rude with you when you ask them questions being new to community instead of giving you helpful pointers. The apartments are very noisy all the time , with high road side noise as well as children running everyone with no supervision from parents. They have contract with ISTA for water bills (yes, you pay for water, sewerage as tanent) which will charge you US $ 60 to 120 per month though you be very frugal. This looks very unrealistic but you are stuck in lease. If you any other choice do not stay at this property. The walls of apartment are not sound proof as you can hear to dog barking and TV from your neighbors. Also expect high expected 'maintenance' bills when you vacate the apartment- very very un-realistic and amount to over a thousand dollar.

The water bill at my apt. runs $25 to $40 a month and has never been higher. I don't know who this is but have you ever considered that being rude to someone will only get rudeness in return??? I only see the staff once a month when I drop off my rent and they still call me by name or apt. number and ask how I'm doing. They have never been anything but kind in my personal experience. Your neighbors must be OUTRAGEOUSLY loud because I have never heard mine. The only thing I agree with is the children running throughout the complex. That is true, from my personal experience as well. I and my friend have both, on separate occasions almost hit children running unsupervised through the complex while trying to exit in our cars. You have to drive very slow or you will hit one. This poster sounds pissed off and is not writing a fair review.
