I lived there for four years and moved in when it was Archstone Cornerstone. I was promised all types of amenities that were not honored with the new management but still thought they were basically an honest company to rent from. When I moved out this summer they billed me for carpet that was four years old and for rent when I had already vacated and had turned in my keys. They acted like I didn't give them a new vacate date or even remembered my going in. I cannot recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

My thoughts go out to you this place was not all that when I lived there promices where broken as well and the place was cold in the winter. If you tell them in writting 30 days before your lease is up and have a copy of your statment they should honor that, the carper was old and I had the carper replaced before I moved in. When I moved out I had painted a wall and said no charge would be addded they would take care of it, they lied get al things in writting and dated.
