I have lived here since 2005 and have become so disgusted that I am finally moving. The reason I have stayed so long is the location. It is NOT worth it! The staff is horrible and robotic. They do not know anything about customer service. The quality of the dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, carpet is ALL horrible. They WON'T replace anything. They only raise the rent!

I love coming on here and reading all of the complaints that you people have. Why don't you ever go say something to the people in the office? Is it that over your head to write a letter, or leave a message with them to let them know your issues? I have lived here since 99, and though there are A LOT of staff changes, there is always someone there that is more than happy to take care of any issues I have. Once you get to know some of them, they are actually quite fun to talk to. But that is just me, I actually take time to resolve my issues, not just come on a website anonymously and start fussing about personal problems.
