My husband and I moved to Cornestone Apartments about five months ago and we have really enjoyed our stay. Our lease is up at the end of this month and we plan to renew it because we have been so pleased with the staff. This is a very affordable place to live and a GREAT location. We can walk to Harris Teeter or Lowes Foods in less than five minutes. The beltline, 540, and RTP are also easy to access. We recently had a leaking faucet and I placed the maintenance request at 11:00pm on a Monday. When I returned from work at 5:00pm on Tuesday (the next day) we had a brand new faucet. Now that is service! I have met several of the maintenance people and they are very nice and trustworthy which is why I had zero concerns about them being in our apartment while we were away. The landscaping and grounds are very well maintained. The sales and management team are extremely professional and friendly. They are renovating and updating the kitchens and bathrooms. Our apartment was updated just before we moved in and it is very nice. As a young woman, I feel very safe in my first floor apartment and in the parking lots at night. Once again, a wonderful place to live.

Are you getting a discount on your renewal to write such a review on a very poorly run place???

I read lots of these reviews across the country and have noticed one thing in comman with most reviews. Anyone posting a poor review or a poor comment always give it anonymously. If you have that much to say and feel that strongly stand up and show your self. Don't be a coward. I don't work for this complex but I am in the industry and use this site as a marketing tool. Since I have been to alot of these sites in person throughout the country I feel bad for these sites that don't get good reviews because of a "resident" that didn't get their way once. GROW UP AND BE A BIG BOY
