I just moved into this community. My daughter severely effected with the bites, initially we thought some allergy but when we took her to Cary Pediatric Center the doctor said it may be becz of bed bug or lice. We didn't believe it. But one fine day we found bugs crawling on our costly bed. We caught one of them and showed it in the leasing office. It took more than a 10 days to get a terminated and scheduled it on a working day asking us to remove cloths and others. But scheduling on weekends should have been a better option. They don't understand the pain in the butts.
Any how, my advice for the people who want to move to this very old community is that the problem welcomes you first!!!

Lot of SPIDERS you can see in the corridors.
BEWARE OF BED BUGS IN THE APARTMENTS.
NO REST ROOM FACILITY IN THE GYM ROOM.
MANY TIMES NO WATER, NO CONES TO DRINK WATER, NO WIPES IN THE GYM ROOM.
OFTEN MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS IN THE APARTMENT.
