Crescent Arbors, the good and bad.....


The good:
1. Close(5 minute walk) to Harris Teeter/Walmart/Blockbuster.
2. Clean, safe community.
3. Nice neighborhood to walk around(1 mile loop).
4. Attracts good people.
5. Nice wooded lots and private decks.
6. Laundry hookups.

The bad:
1. Heat does not work on cold days and has to run all day to keep a consistent 65.
2. Thin walls.
3. Awful smell coming from downstairs, the management company never investigated. Come to find out the poor lady downstairs had a terrible illness. Still, should've been investigated, some days the smell was unbearable.
4. Lots of turnover in the main office.
5. Workers come in and out of the apartments on a daily basis.
