Great Staff, Great Location, Quality Units, Great Atmosphere, Excellent Building Layout, Top-notch Maintenance!





Great Staff: Professional, eager to help and pleasant attitude in every respect...from viewing and selecting my apartment to the sad day I had to leave (due to a job change). I looked for 6 weeks at my new location in Virginia while living in a hotel. Then, only to be forced to settle for much less of a home than what I left back in Cary. What?s more, it costs more dollars and comes with far less convenience (20 miles from work). My new place is said to be the best in the area! Ha! These folks have never seen a place like Crescent Arbors.





Great location: After shopping the entire area and looking at competitive apartment complexes for three weeks, Crescent Arbors was the only choice that met all my criteria. Just blocks away from the best gym, restaurants, grocers in the area and two exits from the best movie theater.





The atmosphere may puzzle some at first...the building/parking layout makes it seem like a townhome complex-its multiple angles and two entrances make one wonder where all the neighbors are...even though the units are nearly all full! Plants and trees everywhere made me feel like I was in a forest...maybe even a rain forest...with my home in the middle of it all.





Convenient parking put me just a few steps from mt apartment. Even when all the closest spaces were full, I just parked at thte next entrance to the building and still had convenience. The floorplan (One BR with Den) layout was convenient, comfortable, spacious and easy to keep clean.





The service was great. Each time I called for service issues were handled quickly. Written notes were left explaining the repairs and that was much appreciated.
