First impression is nice, but horrible living experience.
Ants, roachs every day, moldy smells and lawn men outside your windows 6/7 days a week.
The manager is pushy and overbearing and has horrible communication skills.
Run while you can because once you sign that lease your stuck!

My impression the first day that I walked into Crescent Arbors is the same impression that I hold today. The manager and the staff are professional in every way. The apartment mainteance crew care about you as much as they do their maintenance responsibilities. The grounds are kept orderly. Crescent Arbors is the best kept apartment complex in all areas that I have ever lived. I have lived in many all around the State. Professional, caring and responsive.
