I spent a year at Crescent Arbors. Over that time, when I had a maintenance request it was taken care of. The office staff even called you after the request was completed just to make sure that all was done and done well. The grounds were kept up well and they had beautiful flowers blooming all year round. The office staff actually care about the residents and do all that they can to fix any issue that anyone has. The manager has been there since the community opened so she seems to be dedicated to the place. The only negative thing that I have to say is that they seem to have an ant issue but they have someone come out every week to spray and maintain. They also give out ant traps at the office for the times in between. They do all they can to make people happy so I would recommend Crescent Arbors to anyone that wants a pleasant home and peaceful atmosphere.
