What's one of the best indicators of a good apartment complex' Long-term residents.

I've lived at Crescent Arbors for over 13 years, and think that it's one of the best places to live in a wonderful town/city (Cary, NC).

Positives include friendly, helpful management and staff who go the extra mile to make sure living conditions are superb, and that the sense of community is always strong (e.g., through pizza parties, wine tastings).

The complex's location is fantastic, with everything you need within walking distance, including shopping, restaurants, health care facilities, greenways, and a golf course.

The grounds are beautiful, with lots of mature trees, an attractive pool area, and a layout that looks like a resort (and not a military barracks, like so many apartment complexes).

My apartment is sunny, with high ceilings, good appliances, plenty of electrical outlets, a washer/dryer hookup, and a gas fireplace.

Best of all, the people who live here are friendly and considerate, and I've made a lot of friends over the years.

I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that Crescent Arbors is a great place to live.
