Grove at Cary Park

Managment doesn't care, not envovled with the community, and leasing office is NEVER open, they close at 5 or 4 or whenever they want, so if u work,and u have a package to pick up in the office, GOOD LUCK. Also, there a detective that lives in the complex due to so many complaints and cop calls in a month. Does that matter? No! cars get broken into and drugs still get sold. Neighbors are careless of other peoples property, you have to double park so nobody will dent your car. Kids run wild all hours of day and night, and they pull the fire alarm, I've been here for 10 months and since then this place has done nothing but get worse, the fire alarm has gone off atleast 6 times. There's been atleast 3 diff management companies in the office. It took us 2 months to get into this place (that should have been our first hint) b/c of paperwork and managment problems and mistakes. oh and the trash, eck it's like the compactor never works, trash is always piled up sky high and if it's on a friday it'll stay there till monday, or should I say, whenever maintenance gets around to it. They relocated the best Maintenece man they had (Daewoo), and fired the only staff member that actually cares about the people in the community (Danielle Grant). This place is the Ghetto, most of the people that live here do nothing but sit home all day spending their welfare money on drugs and letting their kids run wild. If u want the Ghetto of cary, this is the place for you.
