Where did they live''

I just read the previous review. I have no idea where that person lived. Maybe I am in my own little world so I am not aware of anything goes on. The only thing I agree with is the kids. No, they don't run around late at night, but when you get off from work they are in the road playing, and some aren't afraid of oncoming cars so they don't move, and may even call themselves racing you. I have had some bugs, but that is because we are in practically in the woods. But they have pest control come every week I believe, you just have to ask them to come to your apartment. They come every four months for pest control, I don't know what they do since I didn't smell anything when I came back home.
I have MAJOR problema with people not cleaning up after their pets. I have complained to the office about someone on my floor who let their pet go to the bathroom in the breezeway, and they were warned about it I presume, I haven't seen any pooh since. I live on the top floor so I don't know about noise from people walking over you. My next door neighbor is a bit paranoid about his partying because he's always asking me if I hear him, but I really don't. The way the apartments are designed, my kitchen is next to his kitchen, and the other rooms do not touch. When people are in the breezeway talking, kids, etc, I can hear them, but that is a part of apartment living. I am going to renew my lease and will actually talk to the people in lower floors to ask about the noise, just to be sure.
I do think the quality of some of the people is questionable, they don't think twice about yelling down to their kids, etc. Oh, and folks have something about throwing out trash around here. Some people leave trash bags outside of their door for days, and on the weekends trash piles up at the trash compactor and the poor groundskeeper has to put all the trash in the bin every Monday. It could be because people send their children to take out trash and the handle is way too high for them to reach, I can barely reach it.
It's not the best place, but for what you pay and pf you just need something clean and modern until you can afford to pay $900 a month (the average of apartments in this part of Cary) then this works. Keep in mind that it a tax credit property so you are not going to have folks making $50K a year as your neighbor; even though from some of the reviews I've been reading about the luxury apartments it doesn't make much of a difference. If your slack your slack, it doesn't matter how much money you make.
I haven't heard anything about car breakins at all. There is a female cop/detective who lives here, but I don't talk to her so I can't tell you why she lives here. The previous poster must be close friends, or really presumptious. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

actually the previous poster was one of the first to live on the property and saw, and had to deal with all the crap that was going on while they (management) was getting their act together. No, the previous poster is not close friend (w/the detective) or just really presumptious, I actually did speak to the female detective while I was living there and she told me why she was there, I also talked to the fireman when they had to come atleast once a week for the fire alarm being pulled. You must really be in your own little world, and if you live on the top floor, it's not to bad b/c I actually have a friend that still lives there that lives on the top floor, but he's still moving out of the dump. Also, there was a car breakin when the detective had first moved to the apartment complex, and an apartment had been broken into after that. I know these things becuase I actually came out of my apartment and talked to neighbors, and not to mention management.
