It's been 2 1/2 months since my family and I moved out and we still haven't gotton our deposit back. We have been calling them but they always say that the guy in charge isn't there and that they don't know what is going on. And for us to call back. The kids are very unrespetful. They are loud and rude.We have actually called the cops a couple of times because the kids are out at all times at night. (even the small children.) We used to live on the bottom floor and we heard everything. From them walking to the taking a shower and even having sex. The apt building is pourly made. I can hear what next door is saying. There is a garbage but people hardly ever use it. Instead they lay it on the ground in front of it. The apartment I live in now I love it. The grove is a total dump. The kids are always pulling the fire alarms. ANd the cops are always there too. You don't have to take my advice but instead go there yourself and take a look. Especially at night, after school and weekends. I called the office tons of times because the kids are playing ball and it hits someones cars. Or they are always in the street. They won't move for you. Just go and look for yourself. It may look nice but looks are deceiving.
