This Apartment complex is awful

I lived at the Grove during 2004-2006 and I hated every single minute. The kids were loud and always in the street. Cars were never safe in the parking lot! The management was so unorganized. The management never knew what was going on and never took any action when they were notified about situation. I was happy to get out of there!! I would suggest that if you thinking about it moving there please think again!
