I moved in about 2 months ago and havent had a problem yet. I had a few minor things go wrong with my apartment and maintenance was here to fix it right away. From what I have heard, the staff are fairly new and trying to fix problems that previous management had left. I read the reviews before I came to visit the complex, but when visiting I found it to be a very pleasing. The grounds are very well kept, more than enough lighting in the parking lot areas and my apartment is very spacious for the amount of rent. There are always a few "bad apples" everywhere you go and live but I wouldnt let that effect me. All in all, I highly recommend living here. I plan on being here a long time.

This review is from a person who does not live in the same complex I do. The rest of the reviews speak for them self. This review is most likely from the management company. The complex is a section 8 hell hole. I have stayed in third world countries that were nicer, safer, and quiter.
They let the section 8 crowd in, so now the working class will leave when thier leases expire. In the future it will be only section 8.

Why in the hell do people think that section 8 is bad. YEA I am a section 8 client. I ------- work full time with wake county and go to school full time. SOME section 8 people ae lazy. I'm not. I am a full time single mother of 2 also. So don't try and judge section 8 for because of what some of them do. It's not fair to judge someone. I felt very offended about that comment.
