These apartments are old and overpriced. I have encountered one problem after another, and have found the staff(with the exception of Adelle) unhelpful, even rude. There are many newer apartments that are cheaper and nicer. Oh yes, be prepared for extra roomates with multiple legs; roaches, spiders,pill bugs, and some new species I have yet to identify.
