I've lived here for two years now and I am very happy here and want to address some points made by others.
1.) The apartments are HUGE and very reasonably priced for what you get. I researched tons of apts and these offer the most bang for the buck, period.
2.) There are no bugs except the occasional spider or things that get in from outside once in a while. Quite normal for NC.
3.) Staff has always been nice to us, always.
4.) Things that needed to be fixed were done immediately, no problem. When I first moved in I mentioned there were scratches on the kitchen floor. They came the next day and put in a whole new floor!
5.) Kids will be kids and sometimes they play in the parking lot near the cars. Where on earth can you live where there aren't kids' Besides, how is that the complexes fault'
6.) Package notifications are supposed to be left by the delivery service. If they aren't left, the staff has no way of knowing that, it has nothing to do with them. At least they hold the stuff at the office which is nice.

My only complaint is that people haven't been cleaning up after their dogs in the dog run lately but again, I haven't complained so they may not know that's a problem.

This is a very nice place, clean and well maintained and we enjoy it very much. Some people are just miserable no matter where they are!
