My husband and I signed a 6 month lease planning on living there for 6 months. 2 months before our term was supposed to be up the management told us that we had to sign a new lease or go month to month...both increasing our rent amount. Although all the paper work said that our lease term was for 6 months they put the wrong ending date and would not alter the ending date to coincide with our lease agreement term.

Then once it came time for us to move we were told that we had to give 30 days written notice-which we did. We have verbal notice at 60 days our when we discussed the lease terms, and written notice at 45 days out. Well when we paid our last months rent they told us that they did not receive our written notice ...although it was stapled to our rent check which they were able to cash!

In addition to our lease problems we have also had numerous problems with people picking up after their pets, and have had numerous problems with crime. In the 6 months that we lived there 3 cars have had their windows bashed in. Not to mention abandoned cars that sit in the closest parking spaces.

The management in general is completely ineffective and horrible to deal with.
