My boyfriend and I have lived in one of the townhouses for 2.5 years.

We're moving this month because our rent is increasing again, this time to $1150...and that's just ridiculous.

The only other major problem we've had is ants and spiders.

They are EVERYWHERE!!! We just started seeing the ants this summer, but the spiders have always been an issue.

We did some trouble with people picking up after their dogs, but that's cut out for the most part.

Our neighbors are great and the amenties are ample, the rent is just getting way too high.
