nice place

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I've lived at Colonial Village (as it's called now) for just over a year, and I've had few problems - and any apartment living is going to have problems. The office staff has always been extremely nice to me, and when I have reported a problem, repairs have been made promptly. The apartments are a good size for the price, and interestingly shaped, which I like. I live in one of the downstairs apartments, which I like - I have a HUGE patio, and a fantastic view of the greenway.
My apartment is a little dated - slightly older appliances (but not too old), tiles slightly cracked in places, but nothing bothersome. I've also had a few slight bug problems (but I live right next to a ton of trees, so that's kinda a given) and did have a mouse, but they gave me traps and a sonic thing, and I've not had any more problems.
