I lived at Harrison Grande (now Colonial Village) for 18 months and had a very enjoyable experience. The grounds are well maintained, the office staff and friendly and helpful, and maintenance was usually quick. It's an walk to many retail stores including Walgreen's, Harris Teeter, and Staples. The complex is located not far from I-40 and is adjacent to parks and a greenway. All around, an excellent property.
