I moved from a house into these apartments...i will say my experience has been exceptional; from the front office staff to the ground and maintenance personnel..I was very concern about moving from a house into an apartment, however the transition period was very surprisingly pleasant..the staff went out of their way to assure me i would feel comfortable here and also have the same comfort i felt when I owned my home...my first intentions were to stay 1 year and buy but i changed my mind and signed on for another 2 years with them. My decision was based on the staff and the up keep of the property. I felt great when i called and reported a problem with my apartment and within no time it was fixed and I did not have to left a finger. They really stay within the 24 hour rule minus the weekend or holiday. The walls are very sound proof and i cannot hear my neigbhors. I love the spacious room in my apartment expecially the master bed room..it is on the otherside of the apartment with a private entrance onto the balcony.

If you are a individual who pays your rent on time and relatively want peace and quite..and require low maintenace this is the place to live. If you are person who thinks everything has to be perfect I would suggest you to buy a house right away.

My front office staff experience has been exceptionally accomadating and they are always pleasant no matter what day or time it is...the office is very clean and users friendly. My apartment is close by the office and i have watched the staff come and go and they always go out their way to say hello...Once i was taking my trash to the receptical, the maintenance guy saw me struggling and offered to put it on his cart and take it over for me..they always go over a beyond to make sure everything is ok.

I love the idea that ups or fedex can drop off packages at the office. I am out of town a lot and I never worry about my home or missing deliveries...I will admit when the new management took over I became very leary of what changes would come about. I did get upset about the cable being included with my rent as i felt it was not a essential neccesity but I did adjust after making the office aware of my feelings. They were very understanding but I also realize it was not their rules, not once did they take it personal, they listened and said they would make corporate aware of my complaint.

I cannot say any more then this is a wonderful place if you are looking for peace of mind, without living in a house or having the extra burden of taking care of a home, this is the place to live.
