Poor Management--Needs Improvement

Takes Managers too long to fufill your request for service.They are very quick to look for an excuse as to why maintenance may not appear today.
I do not feel safe here. Someone was able to break into my car and my apartment. Another apartment complex key was used to open my door easily.
Managers never smile unless you're renewing your lease or are a new resident. All of the appliances need to be upgraded!!!! And so does the carpet. However, they want you to have the carpet cleaned professionally,but it does no good to do that!!!Find some where else to go until it gets renovated because it certainly needs it!
