I lived here for 2 years and had a terrible time. The management is useless, incompetent and hardly ever available when you really need them. And watch out for that maintenance staff! OH BOY! They must hire these guys right out of prison!

I had an emergency one afternoon and had to wait outside the office for 2 hours for somebody to open the door. Couldn't get anybody on the phone either. Come to find out they were having a little office party inside!

Maintenance requests would never get any attention. I ended up fixing my hot water heater, both toilets and my kitchen faucet because I got tired of waiting!

A few months before I moved out, I started noticing food going missing from the kitchen cabinets. I asked my roommate (who hardly ever ate or cooked anything there) about it and he said he'd been noticing cans and packages of food go missing too. We both thought it was each other. I would also get that feeling when I'd come home that someone else had been there. Then the proof! I came home from work one day and found that someone had used my private bathroom and had been eating my food in there! I sure as heck don't sit on the toilet and eat crackers! I was FURIOUS! I immediately went to the office (fortunately this time there was someone there) and let the manager have it. At first she acted like she'd never heard of such a thing and then she finally confessed that several residents had reported the same situation! I asked if she was planning to do an investigation and fire this maintenance guy and she said she'd already had a meeting with the maintenance staff and was not planning to fire anyone! She obviously didn't care about her tenants privacy or personal property! And she didn't care that this guy was still doing it after her "meeting" - I seriously doubt she ever even held one!

Do yourself a favor, steer clear of this place!
