Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
We've lived at Hermitage since May of 2000 and are very happy here. True the place is not new and our appliances are older ones, but they work fine and we take care of them. We have a great rapport with the office staff and maintenance men. They care enough to try to keep us here and keep us happy. Being nice and respectful works both ways. Some of you complainers should try it sometime.
