My boyfriend and I have lived here for over a year now and we've enjoyed our apartments. It's true that the appliances are old, but they still work, and whenever we had a problem, the maintenance people fixed it promptly and were very friendly on top of that!
We've also had only good experiences with the office staff.
We like that it's a safe, quiet place and we'd recommend it to people who don't have to have everything fancy. I also think that rent is very reasonable!
